In this video, I walk through exactly how to do an incorporation in Alberta. I discuss how to complete the Articles of Incorporation and related schedules, Notice of Address and Notice of Directors forms. I also mention some tips and things to watch out for when doing the Incorporation in Alberta.
In addition to an incorporation, you must register CRA accounts, such as the GST and payroll accounts. Once the incorporation is done, you can also start setting up bank accounts. You can not set up a business bank account without the articles of incorporation.
